Prepaid: what does that mean for me?Payment
You pay in advance for the coming month. We pull nothing from your account and never store a payment mandate. You release every invoice yourself. If a payment runs out, the contract runs out with it; nothing quietly slides into the red. You can pay by PayPal, credit card, Klarna, bank transfer, iDEAL/Wero, and Apple Pay on Apple devices, processed by Mollie.
How do I cancel?Contract
You don't need to: the contract only runs for the chosen term and then ends by itself, no minimum term, no silent renewal, no subscription trap. You can still cancel any time via Cancel contracts, effective at the end of the paid period. After that the service is suspended and deleted three days later, backups included.
Do I get real root access?Technical
Yes, full root control on the VPS with dedicated RAM. You decide the operating system and software yourself.
Where are the servers located?Location
In Germany: VPS, game servers and web hosting in Frankfurt am Main (MK Netzdienste data center), the Ryzen VPS in Nuremberg (Hetzner campus). Our own infrastructure (backup, billing, monitoring) runs in Strasbourg and Roubaix, both France. All in the EU, all GDPR-compliant. That is why we write “from the EU” and not “from Germany”: your server is in Germany, the backup of it is not. Details per location: About us.
What does this actually cost me, all in?Pricing
Exactly the price shown. As a small business under § 19 UStG, gross equals net: no fine print, no setup fee, no payment-method surcharges.
