Rent a Minecraft server
A Minecraft server you don't have to re-order every time you change your mind about mods. Paper comes pre-installed; you swap the server software yourself in the panel.

What you can configure yourself
Minecraft has its own software-switch tab in the control panel: Vanilla, Paper, Fabric, Forge and Bedrock, plus version and modpack variant, no ticket needed to move from Vanilla to a modpack.
How much RAM does your Minecraft server need?
It depends far more on mods than on player count. A Vanilla or Paper server for a handful of friends runs fine on the smallest tier. Add a large modpack and the maths change completely: hundreds of extra blocks, entities and world generators share the same memory, and RAM becomes the limit long before player numbers do.
Our advice: start Vanilla and light plugin servers on the small tier, put anything with a sizeable modpack on the medium one at least. Ordering too small doesn't mean "slightly slower". It means the server spends its time garbage-collecting and stutters on every chunk.
Plugins, mods and worlds
Paper runs the usual Bukkit and Spigot plugins. For actual mods, switch to Fabric or Forge in the panel and upload them via the file manager or SFTP. An existing single-player world, or one from another host, uploads the same way. Migrations rarely fail on the server side, usually on forgotten plugin config.

Frequently asked questions
Can I switch from Vanilla to a modpack without re-ordering?
Yes. The software switch is in the panel; you change server software, version or modpack yourself. The switch reinstalls the server and deletes the current world. Take a backup in the “Backups” tab first. A restored Vanilla world isn't automatically compatible with a modpack either.
Is Bedrock (console, mobile) possible?
Yes, Bedrock is one of the variants in the software switch. Cross-play between Java and Bedrock additionally needs a plugin on the Java side, which you set up yourself.
Are backups included?
Yes, up to 7 per server in the “Backups” tab: create, download, restore. On top, the server makes one automatically every night; the last 7 are kept, and one you mark with “Lock” is never deleted.
How do my friends connect?
Java: Multiplayer → Add Server, then enter the address with port from the control panel (Overview, field “Address”). Bedrock players enter address and port separately in the “Servers” tab.
Which modpacks can I install with one click?
The software tab holds a curated list of packs from CurseForge and Modrinth, including All the Mods 7 to 10, RLCraft, SkyFactory 4 and 5, Better MC and Cobblemon. The installer takes Minecraft version and mod loader from the pack. Packs outside the list, such as SevTech: Ages or Project Ozone, you upload as server files via SFTP. Whether they start without changes depends on the pack, so ask by ticket first if unsure.
How do I move to a new Minecraft version?
Through the software tab: pick the version, switch. Important: a switch reinstalls the server and deletes the current world (world, world_nether, world_the_end). Take a backup in the “Backups” tab first and restore the world afterwards.
How many players fit on the server?
You set the cap yourself in server.properties (max-players) via the file manager. How many play smoothly at once depends more on mods and view distance than on the number, so we don't promise a player count per tier.
Do I have to cancel when I want to stop?
No. Billing is monthly in advance: if you don't pay the next invoice, the contract ends with the paid period. You can cancel at any time via “Cancel contract” in the client area, effective at the end of the paid period. After that the server is suspended and deleted three days later, backups included. Download your world from the “Backups” tab first.
