About MRMedia

An honest host from the EU. And full disclosure: behind that “we” is exactly one person.

MRMedia is a one-person business, not a corporation. I, Maurizio, run the servers myself, calculate the prices myself, and show up myself when something's wrong. No call center, no support queue.

The reason MRMedia exists is simple: I got tired of an industry that runs on “up to”, asterisks and subscription traps. So I do it differently. Real specs, fair flat prices, named limits. I don't sell anything I wouldn't book myself.

The experience behind MRMedia comes from the data center: since 2020 I have been running enterprise infrastructure across multiple sites for a living.

Support and payment

When you can reach someone, how fast, and how you pay.

Daily from 10am to 10pm (German time), weekends and holidays included.
Response
Usually within 2 hours. That's a guideline, not a guarantee: if I'm in the middle of fixing an outage, it takes longer.
Outside those hours
If a server or service goes down, monitoring wakes me up, at night too. Individual questions get answered the next morning.
Channels
Discord, email to support@mrmedia.network, or a ticket in the client area. All three reach me.
Payment
PayPal, credit card, Klarna, bank transfer, iDEAL/Wero, and Apple Pay on Apple devices. Processed by Mollie, no surcharge, always in advance, never auto-debited.

How we work

5 commitments. Each carries its own limit in the same sentence.

Honest specs
Real numbers and named limits. Where something is capped, we write down the cap instead of hiding it.
No auto-debit
We never pull money from your account. You pay every invoice yourself, in advance for the chosen term.
Final prices under §19
Gross = net, no fine print. As a small business exempt from VAT under German tax law.
Contract ends automatically
No minimum term, no silent renewal. Once payment runs out, the contract simply ends (Terms § 9.1).
One point of contact
No ticket ping-pong. You talk directly to the person running the machine.
