Managed community server
Not a slot on someone else's box. You get your own machines, your own database, your own IP address and, if you want it, a test environment. I build it and keep it running.
What's inside
For projects that have outgrown a game server slot: a team, a script repository, a database full of player data, updates that sometimes go wrong.
- Your own machines
- Your own virtual machines with full access, one per job: the game server on its own, voice on another, Windows Server or Linux. Not a panel folder on shared hardware, but systems your team can actually work on.
- Your own database
- MariaDB in its own container, separate from the game server. If the game server goes down, the database stays up, and a website or panel can read from it without touching the game server.
- Own network, own firewall
- Your server sits in its own network behind its own firewall. From outside, only the game port is reachable. Your team gets in through an encrypted tunnel, not through open remote access.
- Your own IPv4
- A public address of your own, not shared with other customers.
- Daily backups
- To a separate backup server, seven versions. The restore has actually been run once, not just configured.
- Test environment and deploys
- If you want it: a second machine to try things on, a Git repository with a deploy runner and a dev environment in front: change in Git, roll out at the push of a button, roll back the same way.
- Voice next to it
- TeamSpeak in its own container next to the game server, if you need one.
Three sizes as a guide
| Package | RAM | vCPU | Storage | IPv4 | Setup | Price | Enquire |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 10 GB | 6 | 80 GB | 1 | Game server + database | €14.49–18.99/month | Enquire |
| M | 20 GB | 10 | 180 GB | 1 | as S + test/dev environment, Git deploys | €30.99–40.49/month | Enquire |
| L | 34 GB | 18 | 422 GB | 2 | as M + own firewall VM | €72.49–93.99/month | Enquire |
RAM, vCPU and storage are totals across all machines in a package. The exact price depends on the sizing and is stated in the quote, within the range. Final prices under § 19 UStG, no setup fee. Bigger than L: individual quote.
Where the limits are
Five points settled before the quote, not after.
- I run the machine, not your game. Scripts, mods, rules and moderation stay yours. I don't touch them unless you want me to.
- You bring your own licence keys and accounts for the game. I don't issue any and I don't pass any on.
- No SLA, no 24/7 on-call. Replies on working days, via Discord or email. If you need on-call cover, you need more than a sole trader.
- As a small business under § 19 UStG I don't charge VAT. For a project run as a business that means: no input tax deduction.
- If player data lives on the machine, we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR first.
How it works
Three steps, no form.
- 01 · Enquiry
- Tell me what you run: which game, how many players, what hangs off it (database, website, voice), and what doesn't work today.
- 02 · Sizing and quote
- I propose a setup, with machine size, network and backups, and a fixed monthly price. No catalogue price, but no surprise afterwards either.
- 03 · Build and handover
- I build the environment and hand it over with a runbook, not with credentials in a chat. After that I keep it running.

Write on Discord or by email and tell me what it's about. The more specific, the faster the answer.
