How ordering works
Pick game and memory, check, pay. The price updates live as you slide.
- 1 · Pick a plan
- “Order” takes you straight to the cart in the client portal. You see the game and specs and price once more there before anything is paid.
- 2 · Create an account
- New here? Create an account, otherwise sign in with your existing one. All services and invoices then sit in one place.
- 3 · Pay the invoice
- You pay the first invoice right in the portal. We never debit your account. You release every later invoice yourself too.
- 4 · Get going
- Once payment arrives, the system sets everything up automatically. Your server is usually up within a few minutes; address and control panel are in the client area.

How is this different from a fixed plan?
Fixed plans come in three sizes per game. Here you set memory in finer steps and get exactly the size your server needs. In return it costs 10% more than the fixed plan of the same size. If one of the plans fits, it is the cheaper way.
Why can't I select a game?
Every game needs a minimum amount of memory. If the slider is below it, the game is locked and shows from how many GB it runs. Move the slider up and it becomes selectable.
How many cores do I get?
A base number of cores is included in the price and grows with memory. Extra cores cost a fixed surcharge per core, shown by the configurator as you slide. Disk space follows memory automatically.
What does my server run on?
An Intel Xeon Gold 6138 in Frankfurt am Main, with dedicated memory and DDoS protection, exactly like the fixed plans.
Are backups included?
Yes, up to 7 per server in the “Backups” tab: create, download, restore. On top, the server makes one automatically every night; the last 7 are kept, and one you mark with “Lock” is never deleted.
Do I have to cancel when I want to stop?
No. Billing is monthly in advance: if you don't pay the next invoice, the contract ends with the paid period. You can cancel at any time via “Cancel contract” in the client area, effective at the end of the paid period. After that the service is suspended and deleted three days later, backups included. Download anything you want to keep first.
