How ordering works

Build, check, pay. The price updates as you drag. What you see is the final price.

1 · Pick a plan
“Order” takes you straight to the cart in the client portal. You see the chosen specs and price once more there before anything is paid.
2 · Create an account
New here? Create an account, otherwise sign in with your existing one. All services and invoices then sit in one place.
3 · Pay the invoice
You pay the first invoice right in the portal. We never debit your account. You release every later invoice yourself too.
4 · Get going
Once payment arrives, the system sets everything up automatically. Your access details are in the client area afterwards.

Why the sliders have limits, and when a fixed plan is the better pick.

Why can't I pick every combination?
Because not every combination runs sensibly on the machine. Storage depends on memory, for example; a combination we can't deliver isn't offered at all, instead of being rejected later.
Is it more expensive than a fixed plan?
For the same specs, slightly, yes. The fixed plans are the cheaper route; the configurator is worth it when none of them fits.
Can I build a game server too?
Yes, with the game server configurator: pick the game, set memory freely. Storage follows the memory; cores you pick within a range that fits the memory.
Do I have to cancel when I want to stop?
No. Billing is monthly in advance: if you don't pay the next invoice, the contract ends with the paid period. You can cancel at any time via “Cancel contract” in the client area, effective at the end of the paid period. After that the service is suspended and deleted three days later, backups included. Download anything you want to keep first.
